These Terms govern access to and use of the Lyranex website, software platform, account invitation process, and related services provided by Lyranex Systems Inc.

Platform use

Users must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of account credentials, and use the platform only for lawful business purposes. Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated for misuse, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.

Beta services

Lyranex may make features available during development or beta testing. Beta features may change, contain errors, or be temporarily unavailable. Users should independently verify operational information before relying on it for safety-critical or financial decisions.

SMS terms

Lyranex may send transactional messages related to account invitations, onboarding, verification, and operational platform activity. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

No emergency use

Lyranex is not an emergency communications service. Do not rely on the platform for emergency response, life-safety communication, or legally required emergency notifications.

Disclaimer

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Lyranex does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, or suitability for every operational purpose.
